Instructions


  1. Fill out the form - every field is Mandatory
  2. You can attach a file by clicking the "Choose Files" button
  3. You can attach multiple files by ctrl + clicking your files
  4. Click the submit button
  5. You will receive an email if your ticket was processed successfully
  6. An error will appear if there was an issue
  7. The specialist assigned to your ticket will respond as soon as possible
  8. Please do NOT submit multiple tickets for the same issue
